About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

How can I know the balance amount (including deposit) on the Beijing Transportation Smart Card?

Eevery time you scan the card when entering or exiting the bus or subway, you can see the balance next to the induction zone. Each card has a CNY20 deposit for itself and it is excluded from the balance. Or you can directly check the blance at the Customer Service Center at any metro station.
