Can i use the 144 hr free transit

Hi Can i travel with the below itinerary on the 144 hr visa free transit for 2 adults and one child traveling on

4th October 2016 United kingdom- Dubai- Dubai-Shanghai 5th October 2016

7th October board Royal Caribbean Cruise traveling to the various places below:


1 Shanghai (Baoshan), China 7th Oct 17:00 EMBARK
2 Cruising 8th Oct CRUISING
3 Okinawa , Japan 9th Oct 07:00 17:00 DOCKED
4 Cruising 10th Oct CRUISING
5 Hong Kong, China 11th Oct 12:01 23:00 DOCKED
6 Cruising 12th Oct CRUISING
7 Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam 13th Oct 07:00 18:00 DOCKED
8 Cruising 14th Oct CRUISING
9 Ho Chi Minh (Phu My), Vietnam 15th Oct 07:00 19:00 DOCKED
10 Cruising 16th Oct CRUISING
11 Singapore 17th 08:00 DEBARK

Staying in Singapore until 21st , Then depart Singapore 21st October 2016 to return to Dubai then to United kingdom same day

If the answer is yes how do i do this?

Yes. According to the policy, you are qualified to the 144 hour visa free. First you should inform the carrier when boarding, then fill an Arrival/Departure Card. Upon arrival, apply the 144-hour stay permit. Good luck.
