philippines are not being given extensions for tourist right?

WHen i was in china, I was not given a chance to process an extension for tourist visa and so I has to come back. It's not even more than a month since I came from China so can I oncec again apply for tourist L type immediately? I am a philippines passport holder. can I obtain the multiple entry permit?

Aly, you can apply for the tourist L type entry permit after you go back. Since you have obtained the entry permit before, it's possible that you can get the multiple-entry permit, but I'm not sure. By the way, I never heard that Filipinos are not being given extensions for tourist L type, though the police may do it.
