About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

China tourist !!!

I'm holding a USA passport. I went as a tourist feb 2016 with a 10 year China visa. I'm going back again as a tourist for three weeks. Do I need to go back to the China embassy to submit anything?

No, you don't need to submit anything and you can simply enter with this 10-year valid entry permit.
