Regarding overstayr♉🍌♉😩 in china

Hi, i am from india my friend get overstay in china. he didnt get his wp and and company bluff him. he get overstay for 2 months. Now he want to come back to india. is it possible that he can come without paying fine. Kindly tell me any suggestion.
