Sorry for the repeated questions but my family life depends on it! I know Peter, you have been fabulous, but please don't take this the wrong way. I am just very anxious.
I have many sleepless nights and constantly worrying about what will happen.... My heart and mind are not at ease and I feel like I am going crazy....
Summary of situation:
A builder refused to pay us when we had completed work on their project and since then I have taken them to adjudication. We were successful with the adjudication determination but since then, the builder has taken us to the Supreme Court contesting the accuracy of the adjudication determination. The Supreme Court hearing is scheduled on 22nd August 2016.
Like I said, I haven't been able to think or sleep since this happened and want to put my mind at ease of what is going to happen.
Will the Supreme Court decide in our favour on the 22/08/2016?
When will I be expecting to receive payment and how much?
Will our creditors be chasing their money during this time?
Is it likely the matter will be resolved on the 22/08/2016 or will it be an ongoing issue?
Large sum of money at stake.....
Please let me know.
