About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

I have Z type valid for another six months.

I want to go home for two months and come back to PRC but my company doesn't want to let me go. Can they cancel my visa without my presence?

David, your employer cannot cancel your work Z type, but he can inform the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to cancel your residence permit. If so, you cannot use the residence permit to enter PRC any more once you exit. Just to play safe, you are advised to consult with your employer and find a way to avoid such a situation.
