Can I extend my Business visa M category in Changchun, jilin province?

Hello there, i am from pakistan and I am holding business M category. it's valid until december 2016. If i want to extend it here in changchun from which company i should get the invitation letter? my business partner has a school here, is it possible to get an invitation from them? does it work?
