Hello , I am from Pakistan and I am on business M category here in China I want to know if I want to visit hongkong holding M type, do I still need an entry permit to enter hongkong? or can I get it on arrival ?

Shakeel, you still need the entry permit for HK. You can't apply for it upon arrival, but you can try to apply from the HK office in Beijing.
