About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello, I will holiday in Jarkata then visit Shanghai for 48hrs before returning to Singapore.

I need to stop by Singapore to make the connecting flight to Shanghai.
SG - JKTA - SG(airport only) - Shanghai - Sg
Can I use the 72hr visa, I hold an Australian passport

Sophia, if so, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai even though you just make the connecting flight in Singapore. You need to apply for an entry permit in advance.
