Hi, I am a Canadian travelling from Montreal to Jarkarta with a 70 hour stop in Beijing...

...so less than 72 hours. Then I take off and land again in China for a one hour transit in Xiamen not even getting out of the plane on the way to Jakarta. Am I eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Beijinig? If not how do you explain that they gave my Indonesian wife a single entry visa and not a multiple entry one for the same trip?
