Airline Crew Standby ticket qualified for 6-day visa waiver program into Shanghai?

I am a flight attendant, I have different airline standby tickets to leave shanghai within 6 days.
Can I still take advantage of this amazing policy?
I know it doesn't say "confirmed" ticket in itinerary.
Also, does HKG qualify as an international destination for arrival/departure?
Many Thanks

Andy, you can fly to Shanghai on a standby ticket, but you have to had a confirmed ticket from Shanghai to a third region or country to be eligible for the 6-day free transit in Shanghai.

HKG qualifies as an international destination for arrival/departure.
