About:Marriage Registration in China

Marry in Chongqing

I am a divorced and would like to get marry in China with my chongqing spouse to be. What documents do I need to produce in Singapore and do I need to translate them in Chinese before going to Consulate General in Chengdu?
I will be there in 2 weeks time and probably stay for a week.

Jimmy, you need to prepare your passport, single status certificate, and your divorce certificate. You should get the divorce certificate in Singapore and then get single status certificate attested by the embassy of PRC. You don’t need to translate any document.
