About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Canadian passport -- living in Japan (single entry visa for China ok?)

I am a Canadian living in Japan. I plan to go to Jiangsu (Nanjing) in September 2016. Can I get a single entry visa? A travel agent said that only a multiple entry visa for ¥21,000 is possible.
