I book tickets to flight with Hainan Airlines from Berlin Tegel to PEK with one ticket.

And then changing to China Eastern flight to Sydney with an other ticket. The first flight will be in PEK at 11:40 and the next flight will depart at 15:50.

Will that be enough time for changing from one flight to another, picking up my luggage and checking it in again and so on? I quess I also need to check in and out to China during this time?
