A letter of Explanation

my bank dont want to issue me a bank certificate because it is a newly opened account it was less than one month old would it be valid if i just photocopy my passbook? with a letter of explanation, would it be valid?

I’m afraid it may not work. You’d better provide your income certificate or you can use your family member’s recent 6-month bank statement as your financial support proof.
