I would like to apply for Multiple entries valid for 6 months. Could you please advise what is the relevant documents I need in order to apply it. Can I authorize other party to process the application or I need to be there personally to apply for the visa.

Christine, if you apply for a tourist L type, the required documents include the application form with a half-length color photo attached, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and accommodation arrangement. You can either apply for it by yourself or authorize other party to do it for you.
