About:Chinese Embassy in Slovak Republic

Polish citizen

I don't have any work permits (except a copy of A1 form, the original is in Warsaw) is it enough to apply for the visa in Bratislava?

Beata, I think it’s possible for you to apply for a visa from there if you can provide valid visa for Slovak.
