guiyang: fastest vs cheapest transportation from longdongbao airport to novotel downtown

I'm arriving by air around 9am and would like to go to Novotel downtown hotel. Which train station is closest to the hotel and approximately how much time will I need from that station to walk to the hotel.

From the airport to the hotel, take airport shuttle bus to Memorial Tower (Ji Nian Ta) Station. The bus fare is CNY 10 per person. Afterwards, take a taxi to the hotel for about CNY 10.The nearest train station is GY Railway Station, about 2 miles (3km) to the south of the hotel. You can walk there within 30 minutes.
