About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

I will go to Shenzhen very soon, and my plane in HongKong arrives at 6:35 am.

The first ferry starts at 9 am and I read somewhere that the ticket counter opens at 7:30 am.
But this is probably a problem, isn´t it? Because if it opens one hour later than my plane arrives, nobody will be there to pick up my cheked luggage!

Does that mean, that I can´t take the ferry?
Or is there a solution for it?

It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to check out. I have no idea of the ticket counter open time, but your baggage will be safe. Don't worry about it! By the way, here are the procedures for your reference: Flight Arrival- Buy ferry ticket and present baggage tag receipt at the Ticketing Counter at Transfer Area E2, Arrival Level, T1- Scan ferry ticket and check your baggage status at the ferry boarding entrance- Board APM to SkyPier- Wait for boarding. :)
