About:China Student Visa

a relative has been accepted to study in PRC.Can she process her application in Zambia?

She is congelese by birth and reside at the boarder called Kasumbalesa, where Congo shares Boarder with Zambia. Zambia has the nearest Consulate. Is it possible to process a visa from The nearest Consulates for foreigners who chinese EmbAssies are far off in their native countries?

John, if she wants to apply for it from the embassy of PRC in Zambia, aside the basic documents, she needs to provide valid entry permit for Zambia.
