About:China Visa on Arrival

Traveling from Guangzhou to Shenzhen by bullet train

Hello, we are 2 Malaysians and 1 Aussie traveling to Shenzhen from Guangzhou via bullet train. Our hotel is booked at Best Western at this address: 1085 Heping Road, Luohu, 518010 Shenzhen, China
It is stated that the Luohu Port is opposite this hotel. At which point can we get our VOA? Before traveling on the train or arrival at train station? Which train station should we aim for?

You mean you will go to Shenzhen from Guangzhou by bullet trains? If yes, you hold valid visa for Guangzhou, right? If so, you can use the same visa to travel around Shenzhen. There is no need to apply for the VOA then.
If you want to go to Lo Wu port, you are advised to take trains to Shenzhen Railway Station which is close to the port.
