About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA at Guangzhou (Baiyun Airport)

I hold a Singapore passport. I get 14 days free entry to China.
However I would like to stay in China for 30 days, can I obtain extension on arrival at Baiyun Airport?

I am 87 year old do I get priority while applying for the visa?

How much do i have to pay and what document do I need to apply for extension?

Look forward to your kind reply.

Hi Jeffrey, you cannot extend the VOA upon arrival at Baiyun Airport, but it's possible to enter first with this VOA and then apply for a normal visa at the local exit and entry administration, so that you can stay for up to 30 days. You need to pay CNY 168. If you visit China for sightseeing, the documents may include your passport, a copy of your passport, an application form, a recent bare-headed photo, a registration form of temporary residence, and a return ticket and hotel bookings.
