Any suggestion on winter season in Harbin?

I'd like to visit the snow world and other hot spots except museum. However, I don't like to join the peak season where there are plenty of visitors in the city. I also very worry about the cold weather during the season of snow world. Any suggestion?

One of the highlights is the Ice and Snow World. The best time and also the peak season to travel to this city is during the winter. In this case, you cannot aviod the cold weather and the large number of visitors. But if you go there at other times, I am afraid that there are not too much interesting attractions for you to visit.
