certificate of good conduct

hi i am a Kenyan student studying in Wuhan... my question is, is it possible to apply for a certificate of good conduct from here in china without necessarily going back home. if so whats the procedure?

If you live there for a long time, it’s possible for you to get the certificate of good conduct from there. You can go to the police station and ask for it. But if you just go there recently, I’m afraid you need to go back to your home country and get the certificate of good conduct from there. Or if possible, you can ask your family to get it for you in your hometown.
