Train Ticket - Guangzhou - Huanghan 16.09

I would like to buy a g-ride ticket from Guangzhou - Huanghan on 16.09. However it says on your website that the tickets have not been released but the "book" button is available. Could you please tell me what it means and if I can already book it?
