About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

I'm traveling from China to the U.S, and I want to bring a 450 wh ninebot e bicycle.

Is it possible to bring this onto the airplane, and if not how can I solve this problem?

450Wh battery is not allowed to take along with you to the plane or check. You may consider deliver it via DHL or Fedex.
