how to get t2 from t3 in beijing airport? sleeping places

I have to wait more than 10 hours in airport,my two questions:1. How can i go T2 from T32. In T2, where I can find a sleeping area/ site, please reply......

Take free shuttle bus to T3 from Gate 7, 1F, T2. The trip takes about 15 minutes. You may stay at the Hourly Lounge between Gate D2 and D3, International Arrival Hall, B1, T2. The room with a bathroom costs CNY 480 per night. You can book a room by dialing 86-010-64598932.
