Do I need travel agency certificate?

I'm working as prosecutor general punjab province of Pakistan. In winter vacations I wanthink to visit Kunming. I'm travelling as single adult. I have already booked my hotel stay in longway hotel. Do I need travel tour agency certificate.?

Hello there! If you hold official passport, the travel agency certificate is not needed. But if you hold ordinary passport, it is needed.
