About:Beijing Subway

I will be travelling with my husband and three children in Beijing.

Two of my children is under 1.3M. How many subway ticket should I pay for them? Is it free for both of them?

Both of them can ride free. You just need to buy three tickets for you, your husband, and the other child. :)

Hi thank you for your reply. Are you sure because if I read above the point 4 says : 4. A child shorter than 4.3 feet (1.3m) cannot ride the metro alone. If an adult takes one child below 4.3 feet high on the metro, the child is free of charge; if two, one of the children is free of charge. That's why I had a doubt

Yes, you are right. Each adult can take one child under 1.3m, and he/she can ride free. But there are two adults in your family: you and your husband. You can take one child under 1.3m, so can your husband. In this way, you just need to buy three tickets for you, your husband, and the other child. I hope my clarification may help you! :)
