does china z visas1 type can apply together?

Husband and wife got covering letter and work permit certificate also approved from china so they can apply z1 and s1 type together in India? We heard that z type holder should reach china then,only  s1 can apply for processing. Could you please explain what are the possibilities and rules?

Yes, they can apply for the work Z type and S1 type together. They can prepare the required documents for S1 type first including passport and copy of the data page, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, copies of the documents to apply for the work Z type, copy of your work permit, Marriage certificate, and an invitation letter from the work permit holder. And then along with the application for work Z type, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply.
