Hong Kong - Guangzhou -Hong Kong by train

Does the 72 hours free transit visa apply if going into Guangzhou by train?

Carly, if you enter Guangzhou by train, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit because the 72 hour policy is only applicable to those who travel by flight.
