visa letter/cancellation

Hello - Do you provide visa invitation letter if i book a tour? In the case visa is denied, can I cancel the tours? What is your policy?

Yes, we will offer the invitation letter to you after you confirm to take our tour. If in case your visa is denied, you need to contact us immediately to cancel the tour.  If you cancel the tour 15 days or more before the arrival day, we will refund the full cost to you except for the tour deposit, and the actual air or hotel cancellation fee if there is.
