About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Traveling from Myanmar to Hangzhou with Air China C906, transit at PEK on 17th July at 5:50.

And going to Hangzhou with Air China CA1702 leaving at 11:10.
Do I have enough time to transfer in Capital Airport?
Do I need to claim my baggage at the airport before checking in to go to Hangzhou?

Yes, the time is enough for you to make the transit. And you need to claim your luggage and recheck them at PEK. :)
