Do I need a visa to tour Hong Kong? I come from India.

Would I need to submit a foreigner physical examination form for a tourist visa?

No. The Indian citizen could visit Hongkong free of visa for 14 days. As far as I know, there is no need to submit the physical examination when applying the visa. But as the local embassy may have different requests, you should double confirm this with your local Chinese Embassay.
