About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise ship passengers.

I will be arriving at the Shanghai international cruise ship terminal, for a one day visit in 2017. I will be arriving and departing on the same ship. We will depart to a third country.

Does this qualify me for the 144 hour transit visa?
