About:Prohibited Items

I'm going to visit a Chinese friend in Shanghai for a few days.

I would like to bring for her some Italian foods (choccolate, biscuits, pasta and some sweeties.. fifteen pieces all in all). Is it a problem?

It should be allowed to take this amount of food into CN. You don't need to declare them when you pass the customs.
