About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Flying Syd to Paris transit in Capital Airport. What is available at the airport for a 8hr transit?

Currency required? Will our luggage go through? Both legs are with Air China.

Oh, it's an international to international transfer in T3. You don't need to collect your luggage and recheck them at PEK. The correct procedures are the following: Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamp on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.

If you wanna buy something or eat some foods at shops in the airport, you'd better to prepare some local currency: RMB. It's easy for you to find the money exchange counters according to the detailed English signs at PEK. Besides, the airport provides hourly lounges. You can take some rest there. :)
