how to fix toursit visa to working z type

i have a question i entered china as a tourist but someone hired me for a job so how do i fix my tourist L type to working Z type?

You should first prepare the required documents containing your passport, completed application attached with a half-length color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit. And then go to the local PSB to convert L type to work Z type, but I cannot assure that if it can be done eventually.
