About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Is it possible to fix my visa and my daughter overstayed in china

Me and my daughter are over staying in china.i really wanted to fixed it but no one guided me.my live in partner told me not to fixed my visa.since i was came here he already told me not to fixed my visa,it was my flight at that day im beg him to bring me to the airport but he was so busy and telling me not to go,just stay here its ok without visa.i was crying but I can’t do anything but just to cry.until now i realy wanted to fix my visa but no one help me how. what I should do?

You should go to the local exit and entry administration, pay the fine and then apply for an exit permit in order to leave.

What happen if someone for virus in past 9 months be bankrupt and even don't have money for fine or even can afford buy ticket?
