Does 24 hour Transit Visa Include change of Airports in same city in China?

Hello,

I'm going to India from Hong Kong and vice-versa. I have a layover at Shanghai Airport of 5 hours both the time but I have to change the Airport in the city.
Does 24 hour transit Visa allow change of Airport in the same city?
Please help.

Ddon't worry! Your case is eligible for the 24h free-visa transit. Just present the boarding pass or booking proof of the onward flight at the immigration counter, and things will be easy to handle. As the two airports are a little far apart, you'd better hurry up! Either shuttle bus line 1 or subway line 2 (or Maglev+line 2) can be your option!
