Shenzhen , Yiwu or Guangzhou

Hi I'm Indonesian and some of travel agencies said it's impossible to get China visa for the first time in Hongkong, my destination should be Yiwu/Guangzhou. Is it possible to visit those 2 cities and I will enter/leave China within 5 days via Shenzhen
