About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

visiting another country in the middle of the stay

I'm going to visit China for 90 days with my traveling visa starting 6/12.

but i want to visit the U.S. on 6/21 and come back to China on 6/24.

I heard that if you do so, your Chinese traveling visa expires and you need to get a new one..is this true?

Yes, this is true. If you do this, you will need to get a new entry permit for PRC.
