About:Embassy & Consulates of South Korea in China

Hello. I am ukrainian. Now i am in China, want to go to South Korea to make operation in hospital.

Is it possible to make visa in PRC without going to Ukraine? Will be thankful for your answer.

If you don’t have Chinese residence permit, I’m it’s not easy for you to apply for it in PRC, but you can have a try. It is hard to say.
