You can apply for it at the embassy of PRC in Pakistan.
The required documents can be shown as follows:
1. A filled-out application form with a passport-style photo glued
2. Copy of your passport
3. Proof of transportation and accommodation arrangement
4. Financial support proof
5. Travel itinerary
