Hi - I have been asked to go to shanghai for an urgent meeting and there is no time to get an ordinary visa. UK citizen flying from Singapore to shanghai to hong Kong then back to singapore. Can I use the 24 hour direct transit in shanghai to go to my meeting? Thanks Chris M.
