What is best way from the Capital Airport to the Park Plaza Hotel Wangfujing?

Upon arrival, take shuttle bus line 13 from PEK to Jinbao Street (Regent Hotel), and walk north for about 150 yards to it. The ticket fare is CNY 24 per person.
