We 4 friends want to visit China from Pakistan by road onward to kashi and Beijing

Hi, we have ordinary Pakistani passport and for the first time want to visit PRC by road from Pakistan onward to kashi and Beijing. what r the visa requirements and how we can apply, suggest any travel agency if required for entry permit purpose along with fee.
