Yes, Shatin New Town Plaza is only 0.9 mile (1.5 km) from the hotel. You can walk there within 15 minutes. Or, you can take a taxi there for HKD 20-30. By metro, take bus line M416 from the terminal to Hourui Metro Station. Next, take metro Luobao Line to Luohu Station. Cross the Luohu Port to HK, and take MTR East Rail Line to Sha Tin Station, Exit A3. After that, take a taxi to the hotel for HKD 20-30.
