About:Shenzhen Airport Transport to Hong Kong & Macau

I will be arriving at Shenzhen Airport at 00:30am and I want to take the bus to Kowloon.

Does the bus service run all night?

No, the buses are only available from 08:00 to 18:20 with the frequency of 15-20 minutes.
